The SIMON PROtec control systems SHEV® and M-SHEV are known for their large range of functions and their flexibility in design. Nevertheless, there is a demand for systems with reduced functional scope in order to realize more cost-effective projects. For this reason, we have decided to introduce an "eco series", which offers the full SHE functionality according to the known standards, but is limited in the comfort functions. Depending on the power requirements, we now offer the types SHEV-2-eco, M-SHEV-10-AP-eco and M-SHEV-24 / 1-2-eco.
SHEV2eco – especially for the smoke extraction system
The new SHEV 2 ECO was specially designed for natural smoke extraction and is therefore perfect for use in stairwells. It controls actuators up to 2 A, which can be operated from one to eight emergency buttons. An automatic triggering via smoke detectors, which allows easier wiring, is also possible. When connecting a ventilation button, the SHEV2eco can also be used for daily ventilation.
Full function at a more attractive price. Only a change or adjustment of functions via SIMON LINK and the DIP switches are no longer possible.
M-SHEVeco – full functionality at a cheaper price
The M-SHEV 10 AP eco and the M-SHEV 24 / 1-2 eco also provide the full functionality of a standard M-SHEV supplied by the factory. The inputs and outputs of the various modules are still exists and available as described in the operating instructions. However, settings can no longer be made via SIMON LINK, only diagnostic data can be read out. These are the perfect control systems for all projects in which a standard control system meets the requirements of the fire protection concept.
