With the Fire Curtain Fire PROtec EI 30plus MARC, we are now presenting a reduced and at the same time price-optimised version. Thanks to optimised sheet and fabric thicknesses, it is a cost-effective solution if the protection objective is to create a fire-insulating room closure without additional smoke tightness. The EI 30+ MARC is ideal for separating fire compartments thanks to its insulating effect over 30 minutes. The curtain is held open by a magnetic brake with associated external hold-open device. When triggered by a Smoke detector RM 3000 FSV, manual control device or fire alarm control panel, the curtain is de-energised and rolls down by gravity (gravity-fail-safe).
Like all fire protection curtains in the EI MARC series, it is characterised by the space-saving dimensions of the roller box and side guide rails. The curtain can be installed as a wall or reveal installation. On customer request, the visible elements can be coated in all RAL colours. The Fire Curtain Fire PROtec EI 30plus MARC is tested for maximum dimensions of up to 18 x 10 m (W x H) in accordance with EN16034 and is CE-marked.
