Our compact control units SHEV-3 and SHEV-6 are now also available with IP 54 protection in accordance with EN 60529!
From now on, the control units will be supplied in a newly developed sheet metal housing that guarantees a protection classification of IP 54. The old sheet metal housing and the plastic housing of the SHEV-6 compact control unit will gradually be removed from the product range and replaced by the new sheet metal housing with IP 54 protection.
Besides the known technical features of the SHEV 3/6 compact control units, the new higher protection class offers you the following additional benefits:
- Protection against dust and water
- cable routing from the back of the housing is still possible
- Enables cable glands of various sizes
- Protected access to the control unit with the option of sealing
