Please understand that we can only accept your return with a completed order for repair. With your return of goods, you place an order for repair outside the warranty automatically, corresponding to the specified repair lump sum.
Please indicate, if possible, the source of supply for your delivery of goods. If necessary, we will contact your source of supply for handling the repair / return. You will find all further information about the repair procedure on the product return receipt.
Note! Without this product return receipt, a product return cannot be processed and may be returned freight collect after a certain waiting time.
Redelivery for Repair (Order)
Please notice detailed information about the failure so we can find it faster. For warranty add all documents of receiving and buying the goods. Be aware of the right package for the way back for preventing transport damage.
For following components the repair is usually uneconomically or impossible anymore:
Older than 10 years
EA-ZAP actuators and EA-L actuators with cut-off AM-774
RZ and ES-251 control panels
If your component is irreparable you will be informed immediately.
For error detection just a view is not enough. Our technican has to take a better look at special desk. We have made now repair lump-sums without obligations for repair of devices out of warranty. They can be found in the Redelivery document. A detailed failure report is not included to these lump-sums. For special actuators or devices we can make an extra offer under reserve.
Redelivery for credit / disposal
Return deliveries for credit will only be accepted after verification by our sales department. In this case, please send an e-mail containing the parts type and serial numbers to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
Demo or test products have to be sent back to the same conditions and in the same package as they were deliverd by SIMON PROtec Systems GmbH. Goods from return deliveries are checked by us for function, integrity and packaging. Credit vouchers are generally and solely made on new, unassembled components
For your return (also for the credit voucher) an inspection lump sum per component will be charged as a processing fee. In the case of an incorrect delivery by SIMON PROtec, warranty or warranty processing, this lump sum may be waived.
As manufacturer we support you in disposal of outdated and destroyed products. You can send them back to the manufacturer upon own costs. Please take care about the paragraphs § 10, § 17 part 1 and § 19 of the WEEE directive.

Our products are designed for high durability. Improper use or access, usually by mistake, a defect may occur. It's not the end of the world, because almost every product, even older models, can be repaired.
