Bracket K-KL²-M3D

Modern building design often scores with visually elaborate facades, including fancy window designs e.g. in triangular or trapezoidal shapes. In order to automatically open such slanted windows outside the optical norm in case of fire and for daily ventilation purposes, an innovative solution is required. With the newly developed K-KL²-M3D bracket, SIMON PROtec has created a way to open windows and flaps with special geometries.

Innovative M3D bracket guarantees unlimited design freedom

The K-KL²-M3D bracket is an accessory for Folding Arm² actuators. The M3D console was specially developed for the Folding Arm² premium actuator technology and, together with the unique kinematics of the actuator, it achieves what other, standardized actuator technology fails to do. The console offers three degrees of freedom (DOF) and thus the Folding Arm² actuator can be used on triangular, trapezoidal, round arched, or angled windows.

Application:

• Standard bracket set for outward opening bottom-hung and top-hung sashes, mounting on the main and secondary closing edges.
• With M3D top bracket with three freedom grades for angled windows.
• For PA-KL²
