Smoke extraction and ventilation systems for elevator shafts and elevator machine rooms
The purpose of the elevator shaft ventilation is to remove smoke gases in the event of fire and to supply the elevator shaft and the cabin with sufficient fresh air. SHEV-LIFT systems ensure demand-optimized controlled ventilation and smoke removal from elevator shafts and machine rooms. The energy losses for heat and cold production, which occur with the classic design of the ventilation opening as a permanent opening, are minimized and thus the overall energy efficiency of buildings is improved.
For energy reasons (energy saving) the permanent ventilation / smoke extraction opening in the elevator shaft or machine room is temporarily closed with an approved closure element NRWG and, if necessary, safely opened. SHEV-LIFT systems can be used for a wide variety of elevator systems. An additional monitoring of the machine room with smoke detectors is possible at any time.
