The ZV-ELIMATIC is an additional electrical locking system with external square handle, which is placed between the control and the actuator system with a square pin directly on the window gear. By an electromechanical actuator, the locking band of the window is actuated. In addition, it is possible to use the locking system in the SHEV and ventilation area.
With a height of 43 mm, the ZV-ELIMATIC requires minimal space on the sash without sacrificing the opening angle. Opening angles of up to 180° are possible without any problems.
DIP switches can be used to set the additional interlock to 90° or 180° or to left or right-handed window gear units. An insert on inwardly opening windows is thus also possible, as well as on outward opening windows.
Through the use of multiple locks a better tightness of the window is achieved. That means more security.
A connection of 24 VDC actuators with F feedback contact is easily possible thanks to the integrated slave controller. An additional module does not need to be installed anymore.
Custom-made windows are also eliminated. Windows can be built on the basis of the resistance classes WK or RC, since only the window handle is replaced by the locking actuator.

Supplementary Electric Locking ZV-ELIMATIC

The processor-controlled locking device ZV-ELIMATIC is delivered in a compact aluminium housing. It includes a square-pin (7 x 7 mm) for the connection to the locking mechanisms of the window and a 6-pole connector for two 3-pole plugs (supply / actuator connection). Possible settings via DIP-switch 1 – 2 (rotary direction / angle of rotation). The rotation angle can be set to 90° and 180°. The ZV-ELIMATIC is equipped with an integrated integrated work sequence controller with F-contact.
