The Fire PROtec² Sa4 C2 from SIMON PROtec is an automatic smoke-tight curtain in accordance with EN 16034. Its smoke-tight design on all four sides provides a reliable textile smoke protection solution for buildings.
The compact smoke curtain can be installed in different locations and requires little space. With its Sa4 C2 classification, the system is suitable for areas where a smoke-tight closure with self-closing properties is required.
Sa4 C2 - smoke-tight on all four sides at ambient temperature
The Sa4 classification (smoke-tight) confirms that the Fire PROtec² Sa4 C2 meets the specified leakage requirements on all four sides at ambient temperature.
In addition, the smoke retarding curtain has a C2 classification, which specifies its tested self-closing capability.
The Fire PROtec² Sa4 C2 is therefore suitable for building applications where a smoke-tight curtain is required as a smoke protection closure.

Quick installation with pre-assembled components
The Fire PROtec² Sa4 C2 is designed for easy installation and commissioning. The pre-assembled roller unit can be inserted quickly and easily into the housing using the proven Snap-in mechanism.
This installation-friendly design saves time and reduces installation work.
Different control options with the approved RZ-24 hold-open system are available for the automatic smoke-tight curtain. Depending on the requirements, the system can be equipped with or without an emergency power supply and with an EMERGENCY OPEN function.
Smoke-tight curtain for large openings
The Fire PROtec² Sa4 C2 can be used as a smoke-tight closure for system sizes of up to 4,595 × 4,495 mm (W × H).
This makes the automatic smoke retarding curtain suitable for larger building openings where a smoke-tight design on all four sides is required.
