The compact smoke extraction element SHEV Flap is a finished flat roof element for the ventilation of lift shafts - regardless of wind direction and weather. It consists of a straight, thermally insulated GRP upstand and an integrated louvre window with attached weatherproof louvre hood including bird screen. Optionally, the hood can also be provided with an insect screen.
The SHEV Flap can also be opened from the roof after installation for inspection purposes and is thus predestined to close SHE openings in lift shafts - in accordance with ENnEV. The element is available in three standard sizes. Special sizes are possible on request.
For areas which higher snow load the standard version with bombed sheet roof can be equipped with a gable roof (min. SL 500)
