The Shaft Panel SP-300 is a compact control panel in the SHEV area. Smoke is extracted through a shaft in the building, which runs vertically through all floors. A shaft system consists of one HSP (Head of Shaft Panel) with a smoke exhaust flap at the end of the shaft and one SP (Shaft Panel) on each floor, which in turn controls a smoke exhaust flap. In the event of a SHE alarm (triggering), the smoke is discharged upwards through the shaft by targeted opening of the smoke exhaust flaps in the shaft. The system can be supplemented by a staircase control (Stair Panel).
Especially for this product an additional board is installed which allows a reduced number of wires in the cable laying for manual operating switches. By means of only 3-wires the signals for smoke and heat exhaust, reset, the alarm indicators, OK and failure can be transmitted. Therefore, the SP-300 / 600 is particulary suitable for the exchange and use in redevelopment of old buildings. In old buildings often only on-site feed lines with just a few wires exists.
Robust housing
The electrical control unit SP-300 is housed in a robust plastic housing and contains the power supply, emergency power supply as well as the entire control and regulation electronics for operating 24 V DC actuators for windows and smoke exhaust flaps. The compact control panel controls the connected actuators in case of fire and can also be used for daily ventilation. The ventilation function also serves as a regular function check of the shaft system.
Safety through 72 hours emergency power
In the event of a power failure, the emergency power supply ensures that the shaft system continues to function for at least 72 hours. The connecting cables for SHEV button (manual control device), smoke detector, fire alarm system and actuators are monitored. The housing is sealable. The SIMON LINK parameterization and diagnosis software allows product-specific settings to be changed and maintenance and diagnosis work to be carried out.
