The M-SHEV-24-RSV is a modular control panel for several curtain systems. Power 24 V DC / 24 A - prepared for eight roller assemblies (AM-830). All modules are connected by a microcontroller via a digital BUS. Housed in a robust sheet steel housing, the control unit contains the power supply, emergency power supply and, together with the AM 830 motor control unit, the entire control and regulation electronics for operating 24 V DC actuators for smoke and fire protection curtains. There is a connection for the manual control unit, smoke detector, fire alarm panel (with auto-reset option) and four potential-free changeover contacts. The control device is supplied including connection terminals 10mm² for motor cable and cable flange plate. The M-SHEV-24-RSV modular control panel is CE certified according to EN 12101-10.
Reliable even during power fluctuations and power failures
Mains fluctuations and power failures can affect the reliable functioning of control systems. The M-SHEV-24-RSV is designed to perform its tasks reliably even in the event of power fluctuations and power failures. The emergency power supply will last for 60 minutes. In the basic version, the modular control panel consists of a total of four (optionally five) components: Power supply, motor relay MR120, sensor interface SI-100 and central interface ZI-100 (optional signalling interface). The switching power supply unit converts the 230-volt output voltage into a stable 24-volt supply, while the central interface, sensor interface and motor relay ensure control and ventilation, connection of peripheral devices and supply of the connected actuators. The optional MI-100 signalling interface provides all necessary information about the peripheral devices.
Remote maintenance for fast help on site
The M-SHEV offers the possibility of remote maintenance via the optional remote maintenance module. It is also possible to query the system status, e.g. power failures, alarm triggers, actuator statuses etc., via the Internet or a GPRS module.
SimonLink software interface
The software analysis tool SimonLink offers additional comfort. With its intuitive user interface, all possible settings can be made via the software interface SimonLink. Special previous knowledge is not necessary to operate SimonLink.
