Smoke barrier Smoke PROtec RSV-180 - Single roll system for the protection of buildings and sections. The smoke barrier is made of high-quality glass fabric and sewn with tear-resistant stainless steel yarn. The smoke barrier is standardized according to DIN EN 1634-3 and DIN EN 12101-1. Thus, the smoke barrier is temperature resistant at 600 °C, non-flammable and smoke-tight.
The single roller system has a width of up to 3 m and a rolling length of up to 3 m. Due to its intuitive structure, the installation is logical and involves only minimal costs. Side guide rails for effective protection against smoke and fire are not included. They can be purchased optionally to avoid residual openings and deflections of the smoke aprons.
The smoke barrier Smoke PROtec RSV-180 works according to the Gravity-Fail-Save principle (unwinding by gravity). As a result, the smoke barrier rolls off reliably at all times. Through the motor control module commands of the trip unit are processed directly and forwarded to the curtain system.
Modern architecture must harmonize with the requirements of building legislation. We know this and have developed the smoke protection curtain in such a way that it can be integrated uncompromisingly into the room concept. Thanks to a modern powder coating process, a flexible design of the smoke protection curtains in almost all RAL, DB and special colors is possible.
